Service Agreement and Cancellation Policy for Small Paws

Recent Changes

Unfortunately we are changing our booking and payment system, because of limited places at Small Paws, we cannot afford to hold places.

 

The following now applies:

Confirmation of booking is with a 50% non refundable deposit.

The remaining amount is payable at the beginning of your pets stay with us.

 

Cancellation of booking in the 2 weeks prior to the booking will incur a full boarding fee to be paid. This is due to turning people away for our boarding places for your boarding dates, if we can fill your place then we will try but you will be liable to pay if we cannot resell

 

Day Care Cancellation

We will accept cancellation of day care 24 hours before the actual day care. Less than 24 hours then full charges are applied.

 

Day Care Holidays

Please advise us of any booked holidays, we request 2 weeks notice to holidays. Less than 2 weeks notice of holidays then full charges will be applied.
