Service Agreement and Cancellation Policy for Small Paws

Recent Updates
We are updating our booking and payment system. Because of limited availability at Small Paws, we can no longer hold spots.

The following conditions now apply:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to your booking. The remaining balance is due at the start of your pet's stay with us
.
Cancellations made within two weeks of the booking will incur the full boarding fee. This is necessary as we turn away other clients for your reserved dates. If we can fill your spot, we will make an effort, but you will still be responsible for payment if we cannot rebook it.

 

Day Care Cancellation
Cancellations for day care are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, full charges will apply.

Day Care Holidays
Please inform us of any scheduled holidays at least two weeks in advance. Cancellations made with less than two weeks' notice will incur full charges.
